After spending many years working his way up through restaurant industry ranks, Erhart is today president of White Spot Restaurants. There, he’s revitalizing and expanding the 75-year old brand, inspiring his staff with unique training opportunities and giving back to the community through White Spot sponsored events and donations. In 2010 Erhart was inducted into the BC Restaurant Hall of Fame and has recently been elected as chair of the board for the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservice Association.
